This website is being put together by Orange Citizens for Schools and Parks, an ad hoc group of local citizens rich and poor, young and old, teachers, students, elected officials, those who have long since retired and those just entering the job market, renters and homeowners alike who realize that an increase in the Land Transfer Tax is the smartest option for funding the capital expenditures that we need today.
